Discretion and trust are the foundation of SENTOUR — an absolute, inviolable principle applied to every client without exception. We operate in the shadows, in complete confidentiality and always in accordance with the law.

We do not create materials that could infringe on privacy, we do not disclose information about collaborations, and we leave no digital or image traces.

We do not take photos, we do not record, we do not publish.

  • we do not preserve the client's image in any form

  • we do not share materials from the project

  • we do not conduct reports, case studies, or communication on social media

  • we do not use the client's image for marketing purposes

1. Zero traces

We do not cooperate with the media or influencers.

  • we do not share information with third parties

  • we do not comment on collaborations publicly

  • we do not disclose locations, routes, venues, or schedules

  • we limit information within the team to an absolute minimum (the 'need-to-know' principle)

2. No leaks

We do not engage in illegal activities. SENTOUR operates based on:

  • Polish regulations concerning the protection of persons and property

  • European safety standards

  • GDPR regulations

  • applicable licenses and industry certifications

 

We operate legally, but always discreetly — professionally and effectively.

3. Zero risk

Confidentiality is absolute, regardless of the client's status. It particularly includes:

  • the place of stay (hotel, apartment)

  • the daily schedule and travel times

  • the details of accompanying persons

  • the locations of meetings and events

  • the client's preferences and concierge arrangements

4. Zero compromises

NDA is a standard, not an option.

  • any client can be covered by a confidentiality agreement

  • every team member works under confidentiality

  • extended requirements are possible, such as 'zero exposure', no logos, limited number of people in the team, alternative routes or discreet entrances
