SERVICE REGULATIONS AND PROVISION OF SERVICES

§1 General provisions

1. These regulations define the rules for using the VIP SENTOUR website and the rules for contacting and submitting inquiries regarding the services offered by the VIP SENTOUR brand – Security Exclusive Noble Tour.

2. The website serves as a showcase for services related to:

  • VIP personal protection,

  • stay organization and concierge services,

  • luxury transportation,

  • VIP tours and experiences,

  • travel organization in Poland,

  • services related to the personal safety of clients.
     

3. The owner of the service and the entity responsible for its operation is:

hereinafter referred to asthe Administrator or the Service Provider.

4. The website is informational and allows contact with the Administrator to obtain a quote or present an individual offer.

 

§2 Definitions

For the purposes of these regulations, the following definitions apply:

VIP SENTOUR – a premium service brand offering personal protection, concierge, and stay organization in Warsaw and throughout Poland.

Administrator / Service Provider – NELOMAX Ltd. operating the website and handling inquiries regarding the services.

Client – a natural or legal person contacting through the website to obtain information, a quote, or to order services.

Services – services offered under the VIP SENTOUR brand, in particular:

  • VIP personal protection,

  • premium transportation,

  • concierge and stay organization,

  • Noble Tour Experience,

  • event and meeting organization,

  • security services.
     

Website / Service – the site presenting VIP SENTOUR services.

 

§3 Scope of services presented on the site

1. The site presents information about the services offered by VIP SENTOUR.

2. In particular, these may include services covering:

  • VIP personal protection,

  • security escort,

  • premium transportation,

  • airport or train station pickup,

  • stay organization,

  • concierge services,

  • access to VIP attractions and events,

  • travel organization in Poland,

  • organization of private and business meetings,

  • securing cultural events and banquets.

  • The information posted on the site is for informational purposes only and does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Civil Code.
     

4. Each service is individually priced depending on:

  • the scope of protection,

  • the number of people in the team,

  • the level of risk,

  • the duration of the service,

  • the location,

  • additional client requirements.

 

§4 Contact and submitting inquiries

1. Contact with the Administrator is possible via:

  • the contact form on the website,

  • email address,

  • telephone contact.
     

2. Sending the contact form means consenting to contact for the purpose of responding to the inquiry and preparing an offer.

3. The Administrator may contact the client to:

  • clarify the inquiry,

  • prepare an individual quote,

  • determine the details of potential cooperation.
     

4. Submitting an inquiry through the website does not constitute a contract.

 

§5 Rules for service execution

1. Services provided by VIP SENTOUR are carried out only after prior agreement on the terms of cooperation.

2. The scope of services, remuneration, and execution conditions are individually agreed with the client.

3. Depending on the nature of the service, the parties may enter into:

  • a civil law agreement,

  • a cooperation agreement,

  • a service provision agreement for protection.
     

4. In the case of services with a heightened level of confidentiality, it is possible to sign an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement).

5. The Administrator reserves the right to refuse to execute the service, particularly in the case of:

  • illegal activities,

  • threats to the safety of the team,

  • breaches of cooperation principles.

 

§6 Confidentiality and discretion

1. One of the fundamental principles of VIP SENTOUR's operation is complete discretion and the protection of clients' privacy.

2. In particular, the Administrator:

  • does not disclose information about clients,

  • does not publish materials regarding the services provided,

  • does not cooperate with the media in disclosing details of cooperation.
     

3. Detailed confidentiality rules are described in the documentDiscretion Policy available on the website.

4. At the client's request, it is possible to sign an additional NDA.

 

§7 Liability

1. The Administrator makes every effort to ensure that the information posted on the website is current and reliable.

2. The Administrator is not responsible for:

  • interruptions in the operation of the site due to technical reasons,

  • actions of third parties,

  • the consequences of using the site in a manner inconsistent with the regulations.
     

3. The Administrator is not responsible for decisions made by users based on the information contained on the site.

 

§8 Personal data protection

1. Personal data of users is processed in accordance with applicable legal regulations, in particular with:

  • Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (GDPR),

  • the Personal Data Protection Act.

§9 Copyright

1. All content posted on the website, including:

  • texts,

  • graphics,

  • photos,

  • video materials,

  • visual identity elements are the property of the Administrator or are used in accordance with applicable licenses.
     

2. Copying, distributing, or using materials posted on the site without the Administrator's consent is prohibited.

 

§10 Final provisions

1. The Administrator reserves the right to make changes to these regulations.

2. Changes to the regulations take effect upon their publication on the website.

3. In matters not regulated by these regulations, Polish law applies.

4. Any disputes arising from the use of the site or cooperation will be resolved in accordance with Polish law.
